My name is Spencer Rich Managing Member and founder of .ADU MODULAR HOMES.
My career spand residential land development and construction for national builders such as KB Homes and Lennar. I have also worked in commercial general contracting and construction lending building and financing projects from homes, car washes, churches to retail spaces for some of most recognizable names in the world like Dolce and Gabanna, Christian Dior, YSL, Channel, and other brands. A commitment detail drives me and our success at ADU MODULAR HOMES.
