My name is Spencer Rich Managing Member and founder of Adu Modular Homes.
My career started in residential land development and construction for national builders such as KB Homes and Lennar. I have also worked in general contracting and construction lending, building and financing projects that range from homes, car washes, and churches and building retail spaces for some of most recognizable names in the world like Dolce and Gabanna, Christian Dior, YSL, Channel, and other luxury brands. A commitment to detail and creative design drives me and our success at Adu Modular Homes.
Our team brings over 20 years of real estate experience to your project starting from site selection, due diligence, acquisitions, entitlements, permitting, capital markets, construction management, warranty, and disposition on over $300 million in commercial and residential real estate assets.
